Please Support the Branford Messiah!
This year will mark the 33rd annual performance in Branford of Handel’s wonderful Christmas oratorio, Messiah - the first since before the COVID pandemic. A professional chamber orchestra, amazing soloists, and conductor Roy Wiseman join over 40 community singers to share the joy of the season in a beautiful and festive space. It has truly been a community effort, with over 50 Branford businesses and individuals making donations to defray the costs of putting on such a performance.
This year’s concert is on Friday, December 23rd at the First Congregational Church on the Branford green. The concert is at 7:30 PM and is open to the public, free of charge, with a good-will offering requested.
We are asking you to help us present this year’s performance by making a generous donation or purchasing a program ad. In acknowledgment of your generosity, your name or business will be listed or advertised in the concert program. The prices for ads are listed below. You can also choose to remember a loved one in the memorial section of the program, or simply have your name listed as a sponsor in lieu of an ad. To ensure publication in the program, please have your ad or memorial name, plus your donation, back to us by December 16. You can email ad or memorial copy to ADrinan@comcast.net.
We truly appreciate any help you can give us. Please call Ann Drinan at 203-488-8403 if you have any questions.
